Warranty Policy for Products
1. Warranty Coverage:
TACTIVE Gear Solutions, LLC ("We," "Our," or "Us") provides a limited warranty for all products sold to our customers located within the United States ("Customer" or "You"). This warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials, and workmanship under normal use and service conditions, subject to the terms and exclusions outlined below. The warranty applies to all products we sell, including but not limited to fire plugs, Ferro Rods, and other products and extends only to the original purchaser of the product.
2. Warranty Duration:
This warranty is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified in writing for specific products.
3. Warranty Claims:
To initiate a warranty claim, the Customer must:

Contact us at using our contact form to inform us of the issue.

Provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice) along with a description of the defect or problem.

Return the product(s) to our facility for inspection, if requested. Instructions for return shipping will be provided upon submission of the warranty claim.

4. Warranty Replacement:
If a product is determined to be defective during the warranty period, TACTIVE Gear Solutions, LLC will, at our discretion:

Replace the product with a new unit of equal or similar quality.
TACTIVE Gear Solutions will be responsible for any shipping charges associated with the return of the defective productor and the replacement of the product back to the Customer.
5. Warranty Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, accident, or unauthorized modifications.

Products that have been altered, tampered with, or repaired by parties other than TACTIVE Gear Solutions, LLC or authorized service providers.

Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to cosmetic damage or deterioration from exposure to environmental factors (e.g., rust, corrosion).

Damage resulting from external factors such as fire, flood, or other natural disasters.

Any product that is used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability:
To the extent permitted by law, TACTIVE Gear Solutions, LLC liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. All persons who use our product should do so under the direct supervision of an adult. The misuse or mishandling of products that can be used to start a fire is very dangerous. Use our products at your own risk as we do not take any liability or responsibility for incorrectly using said products.
7. State-Specific Legal Rights:
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. In North Carolina, this warranty is subject to the applicable laws and regulations governing consumer warranties. For further information on your rights, please refer to the North Carolina General Statutes, Chapter 25-2 (Uniform Commercial Code – Sales).

North Carolina General Statute § 66-187 states that suppliers must pay warranty claims within 30 days of approval.

Suppliers must also approve or deny claims within 30 days of receiving them.
