SHIPPING INFORMATION

Domestic Orders

We charge a flat rate fee of $8 for shipping from companies that we use such as UPS, FEDEX and USPS on domestically shipping orders and for orders over $50 we do not charge a shipping fee. For large orders we will charge an increased flat rate for orders containing those products.

 

All orders over $600.00 will ship with “Signature Required” for delivery. If you would like to remove the need for a signature, please email sales@tactivegearsolutions.com with your order number stating that request.

International Orders

At this time, we do not ship any orders internationally. We truly care about those outside of the United States and wanting a quality product to aid in starting a fire while camping, in your backyard or in the backcountry. We are looking into the feasability of shipping internationally in the future. If you are truly keen on wanting our products overseas, please email us and we will try and work with you.

Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel your order with notice if there is a problem with your order. If you have questions about an order that has been canceled, please email us at sales@tactivegearsolutions.com.

We are not currently accepting dealers. If it appears you are ordering large quantities of products with the intent to re-sell, we may cancel your order. If you are a dealer, please contact us and we will do our best to work with you.

Shipping Information

The email you received with your tracking information is the best resource for updates and the timing of your order delivery.  You can check the current status of your order by referring to the email and tracking number sent to you in your email that you provide to us during the check-out process.

In addition, we assure you that any shipping delays will not impact your return or exchange time frame. All returns and exchanges are based on the date your order was delivered. We thank you for your patience as we fulfill orders as quickly and safely as possible and apologize for any inconvenience.

Following credit card authorization, orders using ground shipping will generally arrive within 7 to 10 business days (not including Saturday and Sunday). This allows for order processing time and shipment via UPS, FEDEX and USPS Ground.

Please Note: UPS may deliver on the weekend.

  • Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Order placed by 12pm EST with 2nd Day shipping will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 12pm EST will begin processing the following business day.

  • Orders will not be processed on weekends or holidays.

  • UPS/ FEDEX and USPS may deliver on the weekend.

  • We do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO
