RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We can accept returns on retail products within 30 days of purchase so long as the item is in new condition and is returned in the manufacturer's original packaging. The packaging must be unopened and undamaged. We do not issue a refund for the original shipping cost, as the carrier has already rendered its services. If there is a defect with the product, we will work with the original customer "you" to determine what the issue may be, and try to replace the item at no cost to you. All other returns requested beyond 30 days will not be adhered to. We at TACTIVE Gear Solutions have the right to deny claims or change this policy as necessary. We truly appreciate your cooperation with this policy.

If you are unsatisfied with your product and would like to exchange your item. We are more than willing to help facilitate that for you. However, we do not reimburse for return shipping costs to exchange a product. If have have any questions, comments, or concerns, please use our 'CONTACT US' form to submit a request.

Discounts will not be applied to your order if placed outside of the sale time-frame. Returns initiated in order to receive a discount may be refused and returned to sender. Periodically, we do have sales throughout the year and will post them on each individual product during that time frame. We do not use discount codes for sale items. We also do not provide additional discounts to individuals or groups of people however, if you are buying in bulk quantities, we will work with you to provide a reduced cost associated with said purchase. For Military, First Responders, and Teachers, at this time we do not provide a discount due to being a small family run business; however, we are working to establish one in the future.
