Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable and at your own expense.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Defective Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We charge a flat rate of $5.00 for most orders that we ship domestically and free shipping on orders over $50. Currenlty, we Do not ship to APO/FPO addressess.

All TACTIVE Gear Solutions  products are covered under warranty for 30 days from the purchase date. If a defect is found in the material or production of the product please let us know immediately. Every product is thoroughly inspected by our quality assurance team prior to shipment but we understand mistakes happen.

These tools should be used responsibly to ensure safety in all environments.

Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to educate users on how to safely use fire plugs in order to start fires for controlled, necessary purposes such as cooking, heating, or outdoor activities such as a campfire, while minimizing risks and ensuring the safety of everyone involved.

General Safety Guidelines for Using Fire Circles

• Training and Awareness

  • Users should be familiar with fire safety procedures and know how to use the Fire Circle to ignite a fire safely.

• Fire Safety Precautions

  • Always ensure that Fire Circles are used in safe, appropriate areas, such as designated fire pits, grills, or other controlled spaces.
  • Always have a fire extinguisher, water, or a fire suppression tool nearby when using Fire Circles. Safety equipment should be readily available in case the fire gets out of control.
  • Do not eat Fire Circles and always ensure adult supervision is used when using the Fire Plugs. 
  • Talk with your local Fire Department to ensure there is no fire advisory in your area prior to using this product. 

• Fire Circle Handling

  • Handle the fFire Circle carefully to avoid injury. Never move the Fire Plug after you light it. 
  • Always ensure the fire plug is properly extinguished after use and is allowed to cool before storing.
  • Avoid using Fire Circles in windy or adverse weather conditions, as this could lead to the fire spreading uncontrollably.

• Setting Up a Safe Fire

  • Choose a Safe Location: Use Fire Circle only in outdoor areas that are designated for fire use. Always clear the area of flammable materials (e.g., leaves, dry grass, or debris) that could cause the fire to spread.
  • Start Small and Control the Fire: Begin by starting a small fire and gradually increase the size of the fire. Never leave a fire unattended and always monitor it.
  • Proper Kindling: Use dry, kindling materials to help start the fire. Fire plugs should only be used to ignite fire starters, kindling, or small logs in a controlled and safe manner.

• While Using a Fire Plug

  • Never Leave Fire Unattended: Always monitor the fire while it’s burning, especially when using a fire plug to start it. If the fire gets out of control, immediately extinguish it using water or fire suppression tools.
  • Proper Ignition: Place the Fire Circle near the fire-starting materials and follow the correct procedure to safely ignite the fire. Avoid placing it too close to any other objects that could catch fire unintentionally.
  • Use in Well-Ventilated Areas: Ensure that there is adequate airflow to prevent the buildup of harmful smoke or fumes. This is especially important if using a fire plug in an area with limited ventilation.

• Post-Fire Safety

  • Extinguish Completely: Once you are finished with the fire, ensure it is completely extinguished. Use water, dirt, or a fire extinguisher to fully put out the fire and allow the area to cool.
  • Proper Storage: Store fire plugs in a safe, dry place away from children or any areas where they could be exposed to moisture, which could render them unsafe or ineffective.
  • Dispose of Burned Materials Safely: After the fire is out, dispose of any ashes, burned materials, or other debris in a safe manner to prevent accidental ignition later.
